• Flexible use The tickets are so-called open tickets - they are not tied to a fixed date and are valid for all one-hour harbor tours with barges or passenger ships.

• Free choice of ship type You decide on site: cozy barge or comfortable passenger ship.

• Date & time of booking The time specified when booking is for guidance only and forms the basis for the cancellation period.

• Free cancellation Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the selected departure time.

• Long validity Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed once during this period – even at a later date.

• No registration necessary . If you would like to travel on a different day or at a different time, simply bring your ticket to the Landungsbrücken (Bridge 1) – the on-site team will be happy to assign you the next available boat.

Since 2001, the historic facades of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Speicherstadt have been illuminated thanks to Michael Batz's light art, accompanied by the nightly sea of lights of the Port of Hamburg – the perfect backdrop for our unique light tour.

As an open seaport, the Port of Hamburg is dependent on the tides, which is why it is not always possible to take a trip through the canals of the Speicherstadt.

• Boarding for the light cruise starts one hour before departure.

The passenger ships RIVER STAR and HAMBURG as well as the paddle wheel ship LOUISIANA STAR are barrier-free accessible via a gangway and have barrier-free sanitary facilities.

Please note that due to local conditions, we cannot guarantee fixed departure times for these ships. They will be deployed flexibly, depending on demand.

The luxury barges and traditional barges, however, are not barrier-free.
