The times given are guidelines and are for your convenience. Harbor tours are flexibly adjusted to meet demand. In times of high demand, the boats depart more frequently, occasionally slightly later.
Our tip: Please be at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, Bridge 1, at least 30 minutes before departure.
No prior registration or telephone consultation is necessary.
At the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken (Bridge 1), staff are available to assist you at any time. In addition, digital departure boards display the next departures in real time.

Flexible use The tickets are so-called open tickets - they are not tied to a fixed date and are valid for all two-hour harbor tours with barges or passenger ships.
Free choice of ship type You decide on site: cozy barge or comfortable passenger ship.
Date & time of booking The time specified when booking is for guidance only and forms the basis for the cancellation period.
Free cancellation Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the selected departure time.
Long validity Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed once during this period – even at a later date.
No registration necessary . If you would like to travel on a different day or at a different time, simply bring your ticket to the Landungsbrücken (Bridge 1) – the on-site team will be happy to assign you the next available boat.

Where does the 2-hour harbor tour start?
The ships for the two-hour harbor tour depart from the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken – either from pier 1, 7, or 9.
It's best to go to the colleagues at pier 1 to find out when the next tour starts and where exactly your ship is located. They will be happy to help you!

Does the harbor tour always go through the warehouse district?
The Speicherstadt can only be navigated when the water level is suitable, as this depends on the tide. Please ask our colleagues on site whether it is possible to take a trip through the Speicherstadt.
Does the harbor tour take place in all weather conditions?
Rain or shine – harbor tours take place in almost all weather conditions. Our weatherproof ships ensure that you can enjoy the tour in comfort even when it rains.
Are there toilets on board?
Yes, toilets are available on all ships during the voyage.
Are drinks and snacks available on board?
Most barges have vending machines on board where you can purchase various drinks. However, snacks are not available.
Can I take a stroller or wheelchair on board?
Strollers are generally allowed on board without any problems. Wheelchairs can be taken on board depending on the ship. Please inquire in advance and also on site with our colleagues so that we can ensure safety on board.
Are dogs allowed on board?
Dogs are welcome on board - as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash. That way, everyone can enjoy the trip!
