Important note regarding departure times

The times given are approximate and serve as a guide. The harbor tours are flexibly adjusted to demand. When there is high demand, the ships depart more frequently, occasionally a little later.

Advance registration or telephone inquiries are not necessary.

Staff are available at all times at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken (bridge 1) and will be happy to assist you. In addition, digital departure boards display the next departures in real time.

• Free cancellation Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the selected departure time.
• Long validity Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed once during this period – even at a later date.
• No registration necessary Would you like to travel on a different day or at a different time? Simply come to the landing stage (bridge 1) with your ticket – the team on site will be happy to assign you the next available ship.

The passenger ships RIVER STAR and HAMBURG, as well as the paddle steamer LOUISIANA STAR, are accessible via a gangway and have barrier-free sanitary facilities. 

Please note that due to local conditions, we cannot guarantee fixed departure times for these ships. 

They are used flexibly as required. However, the luxury barges and traditional barges are not barrier-free.
