Sightseeing Avenue

1.1. Promotion Organizer: Sightseeing Avenue (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
1.2. Promotion Subject: Granting of Amazon.com gift cards as a reward for qualifying bookings of the evening light tour.
1.3. Promotion period (booking): The promotion applies exclusively to bookings made between December 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (inclusive).
1.4. Service period (tour): The booked evening light tour must have taken place between December 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (inclusive).

2.1. Qualified booking: Only bookings for the evening light tour that are made entirely via the partner widget on this website are eligible for participation. Exceptions to this are the tickets: "Menschen mit Disability", "Kleine Familienkarte", "Große Familienkarte" and Gruppen Tickets.

2.2. Proof requirement: Within 7 days of booking, participants must submit the booking confirmation/invoice from the partner (with a unique booking number and date, tour date, and the designation “light tour”) as well as the number of people booked by email to info@sightseeing-avenue.de or via the form. Without this proof, there is no entitlement to the prize.

3.1. Amount of the bonus: For each person booked on the Sightseeing Avenue website and who successfully participates in the light tour, the customer will receive an Amazon.com gift voucher worth €5.00 (five euros).

3.2. Upper limit: The maximum voucher amount per individual booking is limited to €50.00 (fifty euros) (maximum 10 persons). A single digital voucher for the total amount will be issued per booking.

4.1. Prerequisite: Entitlement to the additional bonus is linked to eligibility for the main bonus. It only applies to bookings for two or more people.

4.2. Bonus: For each qualifying booking (for two or more people), a one-time additional Amazon.com gift card worth €5.00 (five euros) can be purchased per booking.

4.3. Proof: Entitlement only arises by: Reviewing on Google via the following link: Google Review Sightseeing Avenue and sending a screenshot of the published review by email to info@sightseeing-avenue.de.

4.4. Deadline: The screenshot must be submitted no later than 7 days after participating in the light tour.

4.5. Validity: The same exclusion criteria and shipping date apply to this additional reward as to the main reward.

5.1. Eligibility requirements (non-cancellation clause): Entitlement to the bonus (main and additional bonus) only arises if the booked light tour:

* a) took place in December 2025, and

* b) the successful completion of the tour has been finally confirmed by the partner.

5.2. Verification basis: The organizer must compare the booking numbers submitted by the customer with the lists of successfully completed tours provided by the partner. Only bookings that are listed therein as successfully completed services are eligible for the bonus.

5.3. Exclusion: If the booking is canceled or cannot be confirmed by the partner for any other reason, the entitlement to all vouchers shall lapse completely and without replacement.

5.4. Shipping date: The voucher(s) will be shipped collectively after final confirmation of the completed services has been received from the partner (usually at the beginning of January). The vouchers will be sent to all eligible participants by the end of January 2026 at the latest.

6.1. Cash payment and transfer: Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded. The claim is non-transferable.

6.2. Data processing: The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of this promotion.
