Sightseeing Avenue

1.1. Organizer of the promotion: Sightseeing Avenue (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

1.2. Subject of the promotion: Granting of Amazon.de gift vouchers as a bonus for qualified bookings of the evening lights cruise or the grand 1-hour harbor tour.

1.3. Promotion period (Booking): The promotion applies exclusively to bookings made for February 14, 2026.

1.4. Performance period (Tour): The booked evening lights cruise or grand 1-hour harbor tour must have taken place on February 14, 2026.

2.1. Qualified booking: Only bookings for the evening lights cruise and the grand 1-hour harbor tour that are processed entirely via the booking calendars on this website are eligible for participation. This excludes tickets for "Kinder (4-14 Jahre)",  "Kinder (4-14 Jahre)  mit Hamburg Card", "Erwachsener (mit Hamburg Card)", "Menschen mit Disability", "Kleine Familienkarte", "Große Familienkarte" and "Gruppen (ab 20 Personen)"

2.2. Obligation to provide proof: The participant must submit the booking confirmation/invoice from the partner (including a unique booking number & date, tour date, and the designation "Evening Lights Cruise" or "Harbor Tour") as well as the number of persons booked via email to "info@sightseeing-avenue.de" within 7 days of the booking. There is no entitlement without this proof.

3.1. Amount of the reward: For each person who books through the Sightseeing Avenue website and successfully participates in the light cruise, the customer receives an Amazon.de gift voucher worth €5.00 (five euros).

3.2. Upper limit: The maximum voucher amount per individual booking is limited to €10.00 (ten euros) (maximum 2 people). A single digital voucher for the total amount will be issued per booking.

4.1. Prerequisite: Entitlement to the additional bonus is linked to eligibility for the main bonus. It only applies to bookings for two or more people.

4.2. Bonus: For each qualifying booking (for two or more people), a one-time additional Amazon.com gift card worth €5.00 (five euros) can be purchased per booking.

4.3. Proof: Entitlement only arises by: Reviewing on Google via the following link: Google Review Sightseeing Avenue and sending a screenshot of the published review by email to info@sightseeing-avenue.de.

​4.4. Deadline: The submission of the screenshot must take place no later than 7 days after participation in the evening lights cruise or harbor tour.

4.5. Validity: The same exclusion criteria and shipping date apply to this additional reward as to the main reward.

5.1. Prerequisite for claim (Non-cancellation clause): The claim to the reward (main and additional reward) only arises if the booked evening lights cruise or harbor tour:

• a) Took place on February 14, 2026, and

• b) the successful completion of the tour has been finally confirmed by the partner.

5.2. Basis of verification: The Organizer will strictly cross-reference the booking numbers submitted by the customer with the lists of successfully completed tours provided by the partner. Only bookings listed therein as successfully rendered services are eligible for a reward.

5.3. Exclusion: If the booking is canceled or if the completion cannot be confirmed by the partner for any other reason, the claim to all vouchers expires completely and without replacement.

5.4. Time of dispatch: The voucher(s) will be sent out in a batch after the final confirmation of the services rendered has been received from the partner (usually at the beginning of March). Dispatch to all eligible participants will take place by March 16, 2026, at the latest.

6.1. Cash payment and transfer: Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded. The claim is non-transferable.

6.2. Data processing: The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of this promotion.
