Information on the Right of Withdrawal

This is an English translation of our German withdrawal information, provided for your convenience. The German version shall prevail.

The following information applies to consumers (Section 13 BGB). Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.

No right of withdrawal for tours on a fixed date

For harbor tours, guided tours, sightseeing tours, walking tours, events and ship and bus rental that take place on a specific date or within a specific period, there is no right of withdrawal. These are services in connection with leisure activities for which the contract provides a specific date (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB). Whether and on what terms you can cancel or rebook is governed by our terms and conditions and the information on the respective tour.

Right of withdrawal for services without a fixed date

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
