1. Guest count and boat
The number of guests determines the boat: launches suit smaller groups, passenger ships larger parties. Tell us the approximate number and we will suggest the right boat.
2. Program and route
A classic is a private harbor tour past the container terminals and, depending on the water level, through the Speicherstadt, or a harbor lights cruise through the illuminated port in the evening. We plan route and duration around your program.
3. Catering, drinks, equipment
- Catering from finger food to buffets, drinks service on board
- Sound and presentation equipment for speeches and your program
- Decoration, event staff and event photography
- Music and entertainment, for example a DJ
4. Getting your guests there
Parking at the Landungsbrücken is often limited. We arrange buses with drivers through our bus partners and, if you like, a shuttle to the boat, timed to your schedule.
5. Lead time
Ask at least one to two weeks ahead, earlier in summer and before Christmas. You will receive a quote with a fixed price, usually on the same business day.
